راهنمای تکمیل پرسشنامه MCMI

پرسشنامه MCMI (تست بالینی چندمحوری میلون) یکی از ابزارهای تخصصی و استاندارد ارزیابی روان‌شناختی است که با هدف بررسی الگوهای شخصیتی، ویژگی‌های فردی و نشانه‌های بالینی مرتبط با وضعیت روان‌شناختی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.

نتایج این پرسشنامه به درمانگر کمک می‌کند تا شناخت جامع‌تر و دقیق‌تری از شیوه‌های تفکر، احساس، رفتار، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و زمینه‌های احتمالی آسیب‌پذیری روان‌شناختی نسبت به مراجع یا بیمار به دست آورد و بر اساس این اطلاعات، برنامه درمانی متناسب‌تر و اثربخش‌تری طراحی نماید.

لازم است توجه داشته باشید که نتایج این پرسشنامه به تنهایی مبنای تشخیص نهایی قرار نمی‌گیرد، بلکه در کنار مصاحبه بالینی که توسط آقای دکتر حامد اکبری، بررسی تاریخچه فردی، اطلاعات زمینه‌ای و سایر ارزیابی‌های تخصصی، در فرآیند تشخیص و برنامه‌ریزی درمانی مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت.

لطفاً تمامی سؤالات را با دقت، صداقت و بر اساس تجربه واقعی خود پاسخ دهید. در این پرسشنامه پاسخ «درست» یا «غلط» وجود ندارد؛ هدف، شناخت بهتر وضعیت روان‌شناختی شماست و نه ارزیابی یا قضاوت درباره شما.

The Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI) is a specialized and standardized psychological assessment tool designed to evaluate personality patterns, individual characteristics, and clinical symptoms associated with a person’s psychological functioning.

The results of the MCMI can help the therapist develop a more comprehensive understanding of an individual’s patterns of thinking, emotions, behaviors, personality characteristics, and potential areas of psychological vulnerability. This information can then be used to support a more individualized and effective treatment plan.

Please note that the MCMI results do not constitute a diagnosis on their own. They are interpreted together with a clinical interview conducted by Dr. Hamed Akbari, your personal history, relevant background information, and other professional assessments as part of the diagnostic and treatment-planning process.

Please answer all questions carefully and honestly, based on your actual experiences. There are no right or wrong answers. The purpose of this questionnaire is to better understand your psychological functioning, not to judge or evaluate you.
